Small Antique Russian 84 Silver and Enamel Brush:

This is very delicate small antique silver and enamel brush that measures ust under 2.5\" long. It has a couple of areas of enamel loss (see pictures) which can be seen under magnification. It is hallmarked 84 and has a maker\'s mark but I was unable to determine who the maker was. The first letter is an \"r\" in cyrillic but the second letter is undeciferable.
