You are viewing an antique / vintage small rosary (perhaps intended for a small child at one time), in the original tiny 1-1/2\" tall hinged metal box. The hinge is in working order. The box has a scene of John the Baptist and Christ embossed on the top, and is in the shape of a small book. The rosary has one medal that has come loose, which is an easy fix. I normally do not repair these items, but leave that to a new owner. The beads are blue crystal/glass I believe, with attached medallions. The pieces are patinated with age. Great accessory for your French Fashion doll or other Bebe! It is also a great collectible religious item. This is a fresh estate item.
