Click to View Image Album Small Tibetan / Nepalese Bronze Figure of Bodhisattva, Circa 18th to 19th Century. Seated figure of Bodhisattva wearing a crown embellished with turquoise stones. Hand chased details to facial features, flowers at shoulders, necklace, hands and robe. Figure is seated on top of a lotus base with stylized lappet petals. Underside of statue is hollow but was plugged with black lacquer most likely to seal in a prayer scroll.

Height: 6.3 cm (2.48 in)

Weight: 111.6 g (3.94 oz)

Condition: Loss of some turquoise stones. Some minor casting flaws and wear to patina. Some losses and cracking to black lacquer plug. PLEASE VIEW PHOTOS BELOW.
