- Dept 56 \"Southern Colonial\" Snow Village American Architecture Series Item # 5403-8 Introduced in 1991 and retired in 1994. Four columns rise from the ground to the roof with a 2nd story verandah across the front. Double chimneys are surrounded by a balustrade. Decorated with wreaths and 2 urns flanking the entryway. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve.
- Mint condition pieces, retired for many years, may show shelf wear on box & outside of cardboard sleeve covers. Particularly with dark colored sleeves.
