The Gallery Collection Pacific blue accent plates are 7 1/2\" square x 1\" tall. They are new with the box; however, the box has been opened and the plates used as a demo maybe 2 - 3 times. There aren\'t any scratches and they are just as beautiful as the day the box was opened. They have a very light brown rub that highlights the detailing. On one of the plates there is a TINY (grain of sand size) bump that occurred with manufacturing. It is under the glaze and is barely noticeable and does not detract from the plates beauty or function.
