Splendid 6 Light Vintage French Chandelier in Bronze:

A beautifullyflamboyant vintage French bronze Rococo style chandelier.

The pretty ceiling rose isfluted from the centre with the plumed detailing on the rim giving a slightly undulating shape.Twolarge trefoil hooks with a single link between attach to the top of the central column.

A large swirl of plumage with a scalloped rim makes up the lovely bronze rose at the top ofthecentral column.

The central column expand out from a slender neck with delicate folds of bronze and at the wider base is a beautiful embossed coquille on both the back and front and more richly embossed plumage either side.

On the top of themain body of the chandelier there are raised plumes of feathers in thecentre with finely detailed scalloping around the edge, a plainband is set around middle and the base has yet more extravagant embossed feathers enhancing it.

Thesix opulent arms extend from the middle band of the light and are all enveloped in wonderful embossed bronze embellishment. At the ends sit the candle cups, all matching exactly the rose on the central column and all arecomplete with faux candle sleeves.

Completingthisperfectly proportionedlight is ahandsome bronze finial in the centre of the base.

It is inexcellent vintage condition with the warm golden tone of the bronze looking superb both when lit and unlit andthelavish Rococo decorationa great additionany home.
