Splendid Artist Signed Royal Doulton Botanical Plate:

This splendid plate is decorated with a group of colorful flowers encircled with cobalt blue and a floral border. It has nice color and is highlighted with gold gilt. It is signed E. W. Percy on the front and has the Royal Doulton factory mark on the reverse. It dates from the early 20th Century and measures approximately 7/8 of an inch high and 8 + 5/8 inches in overall diameter. It is in excellent condition with the exception of light wear on the gilt.
