It is best suited for a softer dough like Springerle or Gingerbread and would work for Speculaas (without nuts) very well.

Please see measurements above.This is a very lovely mold - it is very elegant bouquet of 3 deep and gorgeous SUN FLOWERS WITH DEEP ROUND CENTERS in bloom, tucked inside are other smaller filler flowers with a variety of pretty, textured leaves. The flower heads are very deep and the carving is quite detailed, and artistically done - truly a work of art.
