This is a metal American and French scale souvenir from the Wm B Armstrong Surgical instruments company. It says exhibitors at Universal expo in St Louis. Department of Liberal arts. The front has holes with numbers and the back has the French scale and a 1904 calendar. The front has a couple rust spots and there\'s some discoloration on both sides, but overall good condition for age. A very interesting piece. No international sales.
