This is an interesting and beautiful piece when there is light behind the stained glass. Hard to find from the United States Historical Society. This piece is not perfect. Stained glass is in good shape with no issues except needing a good cleaning. The bottom part of the frame where it sets in the wood base is loose and just needs a little glue. The frame shows some aging with spotting and fading. The wood bases does have a crack as shown. All that said - sit this on a shelf with light behind it and nobody will pay any attention to those flaws. PS - we do our best to point out all flaws. Sometimes this makes a piece sound like it is in terrible shape. In most cases this is not the case as we would much rather for it to sound terrible and be good than make it sound awesome and it\'s poor.
