Payment is expected within 5 days of sale end date. We do participate in the non-paying buyers program and it will automatically open cases against non-paying buyers to help protect the community. Shipping is based on size, wieght, destinations, and service used. We quote basic shipping fees and offer insurance/tracking on all items. If you are expecting express delivery outside of North America then please consider paying for air mail, expresspost, or tracked packet. Invoiced shipping fees are non-negotiable. We will consider overnight or express shipping if previous arrangements have beennegotiated as well. The average items are shipped within 5businessdaysfrom payment date excluding weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). All single or combined items over $50 usd will require tracked and insured shipping. If you pay for an item over $50 without paying for the insured shipping then it will be refunded and re-invoiced or cancelled. We do not charge major handling fees though all materials are combined into the shipping prices. Once items are dropped at the local postal outlet, we are not in control of handling or shipping times. Orders can take up to 6 weeks for overseas letter post (from experience), and can take the same amount of time even with tracking info. Any cases that are opened, without reasonable time to receive items, or contacting us first, will automatically get you on the blocked buyers list of not just our site but hundreds of top sellers throughout Canada and the USA. We do our best to offer the most cost effective shipping available for all buyers. We combine all shipments up to 30 items per invoice to save on shipping. We appreciate your business and patients with shipping as the services are not what they used to be with postal authorities.
