I combine shipping and do my best to calculate it accurately.I try to charge actual cost plus $0.75, which covers the cost of letterhead, labels and envelopes.

Sniping software - if you live in another time zone or are unable to offer live at the end of an sale, consider using a sniping service (ie - they will place the offers for you at the last second) that will do the job for you.I use Esnipe personally.
