· There are some VERY important rules as well in regards to the new system we have in place.

· To make sure this doesn’t happen please make sure if you are buying multiple items that you purchase them and then request an invoice. We will then be able to invoice you correctly.

· Also please be aware that we cannot combine invoices where the items are listed in different currencies [£ , $ or Euros] . The payment system simply doesn’t allow this so please take this into account.

· As ever there will always be minor problems or updates with any system but we are here to help so please contact us if you are running into difficulties.

Postage and Packing

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours [not including weekends].

These again are only estimations and delivery delays can happen especially around peak times i.e. Christmas etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you combine shipping?
Yes we combine shipping costs – Please wait for us to send you an invoice as doesn’t always work it out correctly and we do not want you paying more than you should for shipping. This difference can be considerable so please do wait and it will save further work and emails further down the line.

Is the item pictured the exact item I will receive?
As a rule it isn’t – We sell so many duplicate items that it would be impossible to scan/picture every one. We use generic pictures but in the rare case of variants which do happen from time to time it will clearly be written VARIANT in the item title . In this case you will be buying the exact item pictured/scanned.

I have a collection to sell – Do you buy collections?
Yes we are always looking to purchase collections and we believe give the best prices for your items. We can also sell your items for you so please get in touch with us and we can explain our terms and conditions.

Do your binders contain any cards?
We sell all our binders empty with no cards as some buyers only collect cards and some just want the binders. Also binders come with different items so we have found the easiest way to sell them is empty.

I have a problem with my order – what should I do?
Please contact us immediately and we will make sure we rectify it for you as soon as we can . Please do not use the resolution centre for this before contacting us as we sort 95% of issues before this. It makes the whole system easier and better for all concerned.

Why haven’t I received response from you?
On the rare occasion this happens it is a technical glitch on the automatic system . We automatically leave response for you as soon as you pay.

I am blocked from offerding on your items and I really want to offer- I have bought from you in the past but it isn’t letting me offer now ? What is the problem?
This can happen for a few different reasons – Some are driven for example if you haven’t paid for items and got NPB strikes in the last 6 months will stop you offerding . Some are instructed by us. We have unfortunately had to do this to protect ourselves from buyers who are intent on ruining our business. If we believe you have purposely tried to make a false claim , left poor response or left low DSR’s for no reason we will block you. We now have the information available to find out who leaves the low DSR’s and if we do not believe it was substantiated we will block you. This in the long run will protect all decent ers and protect the selling platform. You can contact us if you believe you have been blocked by mistake but this doesn’t happen very often.
