Finding a MINT rolled original of thisposter is nearly impossible in today’s collecting world. All of the 27x41 inch style \"C\" 1-Sheets that surface have rips or other defects. How do I know this? Simple. I’ve been fanaticallycollecting Star Wars posters since 1977 without a break. I’ve seen itall, and, in nearly 40 years of collecting, I’ve only seena small handful of genuine original Style “C” PG BOX Star Wars one-sheets that are genuinelyin MINT/ROLLED NEVER-FOLDED CONDITION! This is one of them.

One-sheet or 1-sheet: is a printer\'s term for what\'s considered to be the\"standard\" poster size, which was 27x41 inchesback in 1977. As I pointed out, genuine MINT rolled originals of this Style \"C\" PG BOX poster are impossible to find, as almost 100% of allthe other surviving examplesare damaged. And I\'m nottalking about finding one of those rolled bootlegs - because you\'ll find one ofthose around every click and corner. Those notorious 1980\'s bootlegs are stillrampantly being sold throughout the hobby (now on ) to unsuspecting buyersas originals. This isnotone of those. I callthose \"the Energizer Bunnies of posters,\" because they keep on comingand coming.... Nevertheless, I\'m not going to go into all the different waysone can to tell the original style \"C\" from the fakes (I\'ll save thatfor my encyclopediaon posters), but I\'ll point out the most pressing concern to most educated collectors:

Dealerintegrity:I admit my prices may not appear not to be a bargain. I say, \"appear\" because it\'s my sincerebeliefthat it\'s a bargain to be certain in what you\'re getting. Certainty is what all the fuss is about when it comes to certifications on autographs, baseball cards, and comic books. It\'s what all three of those collectable industries solelyrely on. It\'s what you should rely onwhen looking to buy this original.I\'ve been selling Star Wars posters full-time since 1977 (no other job). I\'m a well-known expert. I fully designed and authored a Star Wars poster-collectingguide back in 1999 - It was published by Butterfields. I\'m credited in the front of the guide. I offer that guide withsome of my listings (see a photo of it in my listing with the1976 ORIGINAL Star Wars Corporation FLYER). I point this out because I want you to knowthat I can definitely authenticate Star Wars posters with 100% accuracy. I\'m not in the business of distributing and selling bootlegsand bunk like a lot of the other poster sellers out there. THISPOSTER IS THE REAL DEAL - MONEYBACK GUARANTEED!

Also,it\'s important to BEWARE of any dealer who advertises a Star Wars poster as a \"bootleg.\" These are greedy dealers who think it\'s OK to destroy thehobby by circulating bootlegs because they tell you upfront that it\'s a bootleg. That\'s just wrong. They\'re knowingly distributing bootlegs for personal profit. It\'s criminal and unscrupulous. Some poster masterpiece sellers think it\'s OK because they say they \"stamp the back as fake.\" It\'s NOT OK. It\'s again, distributing bootlegs knowingly. They put the onus of the responsibility on the buyer to do \"the right thing,\" even though they\'re clearly doing the wrong thing by continually distributing bootlegs throughout the hobby. That\'s NOT integrity - that\'s BUNK! I wouldn\'t trust them unless they stamped the FRONT of the poster with a mark that clearlystates, \"BOOTLEG!\" - like they do with fake coins and currencies in that well-established hobby. But the movie poster dealers know they wouldn\'t be able to sell a front stamped poster for any real money, and so in the name of greed they continue to criminally distribute illegally made items. Help stop this criminality - speak out! Don\'t buy from those dealers.

CONDITION: As I pointed out above, this one-sheetis MINT/ROLLED NEVER-FOLDED ORIGINAL UNTOUCHED CONDITION C9.5+ to 10! You will NOT find a better one. It\'s been stored in a flat-pack between acid free paper for more years than I can remember now. This hasn\'t seen the light of day and is SHARP! Most of my buyers want the posters linen-mounted, but I know there are a sect of collectors out there who are purists and want everything untouched and in the best condition. THIS IS FOR YOU! This poster is class all the way!
