These beautiful handcrafted dolls were recreated from the original Charlotte Clark Mickey and Minnie dolls from the 1930s. Steiff worked in collaboration with the Walt Disney Archives for the extensive attention to detail. There were only 23 sets created in honor of D23. The sold at the 2017 D23 convention for $750 and I have the receipt to be provided with the purchase.
This is an amazing recreation of Disney history with Disney historians approving each set themselves. The box is still sealed in the original shipping one it was sent to the convention in; I cannot open it for pictures but the ones you see here are of the ones they had displayed on the floor.
Photos 3 and 4 are of the original Charlotte Clark dolls that inspired these remakes.
For shipping this will be insured and will require a signature; I\'ll double pack it in bubble wrap in an additional box to ensure it\'s safety.
