Pen and ink by illustrator Stephen Voorhies. Possibly done in the period 1932. I assume celebrating George Washington\'s 200th birthday. West Point in the back ground. Is in good shape a little dirty. The mat probably should be replaced. Signed on the back. It is unframed matted dim 14 1/2 x 17 1/2 image 7 x 10 1/2.
