For offer is one beautiful, sterling silver Christening mug imported London circa 1883, sponser\'s mark W.T.W. Inscribed to Guy Ynyr Llewelyn Lloyd and believed to have a Wales / Welsh connection.

Please note there are also some numbers lightly scratched into the base.In good condition. Please note there is a linear indentation to the handle as well as light wear, marks and scratches commensurate with age and use and some tarnish and silver polish residue - please refer to the photographs. Unpolished.
A beautiful mug of exceptional quality, with the sides tapered and bellied at the base, hammered below a waved border and applied with trailing berries and flowers (some with surface gilding), loop handle with leafy terminal on a splayed collet foot engraved with flowers.
