A George III, Sterling silver nutmeg grater by the re-knowned silversmith Samuel Pemberton. Hallmarked Birmingham 1801. One side with hinged lid to empty the contents and the other a removable lid to reveal the grater. The top engraved with the initials GMC in a sweeping floral boarder. Good condition with a few minor dings and the hinged lid a little wobbly but easily repaired ( cost c £25).
