Smart looking, well proportioned sterling silver inkwell made by E W Haywood, hallmarked Birmingham 1936, with a silver weight of 38gm. Overall weight is 76gms. On the lid is engraved the letter H. The hinge is very sound and in working order. The blue glass bowl insert is in very good condition. There are marks on the base which can be removed with careful cleaning. The piece has an aprrox. diameter of 5cms and an approx height of 4.5cms.
