Marked on the bottom Sterling by Frank M. Whiting Company. Weighted and Re-enforced 1199. The condition is not the best. The bowl has dents in it and the pedestal is slightly bent. It has a very nice patina. Is 2 3/4 inches tall and has a diameter of 5 1/2 inches at the bowl. Thanks for looking.4
