You are viewing for sale a very lovely Sterling Silver 12 Inch Bread Tray with a nice hand hammered border, manufactured by Shreve & Co, headquarted in San Francisco since 1894. This tray is a vintage piece in very nice condition. (There are some soft dents/scratches as pictured but the overall condition and shape of this tray has been maintained and appears to have been gently used and stored with care) It is clean but there are some spots that could be removed with a nice polishing cloth. (please see photos) I am not certain if the light scratching on the tray surface can be removed. Still an excellent piece, this sterling tray will be an elegant addition to any special occasion, or a great gift!This oval tray measures 12 inches in length x 6 1/2 inches in width. It is marked on the bottom with the company logo marks, and Shreve & Co Sterling San Francisco and the number 2517. It has one monogram on the edge \"B\". Tray weight is 236 grams.
