  Now you can simultaneously improve balance while resistance training, with the Stroops Slastix 4 BOSU Resistance System. This product is comprised of 2 24-inch Stroops Slastix resistance bands that have a 20-inch strap in the middle, and handles on each end. Named for the simplicity of use with a BOSU balance trainer ball, this resistance system also works great on its own. The strap in the middle of the Slastix can be secured either by placing it underneath a BOSU ball, by anchoring it to a sturdy object, or by just standing on it with your feet. The versatility of this product makes it one of the most innovative fitness tools in the industry!
