From the early 1800s, this incredible silver piece was owned by descendants of the first Emperor and Empress of France; Napoleon and Josephine Bonaparte! Gifted to a descendant as a wedding gift. An exquisite example of Chinese silver work, incredible detail and highly collectible item. Marked 90 silver, KMS ( Kwong man Shing) This piece has been in the collections of very famous Bonapartes such as the famous Caroline Le Roy Bonaparte. Comes with plenty of authenticating documents, historical documents, signatures from the remaining Bonaparte descendants. Other Kwong man Shing works of silver sell in the tens of thousands, without lineage to the first emperor and empress of France! This piece will also include a signed Author's Edition of Ballads and Other Poems by Alfred Tennyson, featuring signatures from descendants of the first Emperor and Empress of France.
