Very stylish yellow enamel with swirling engraved silver detailing & engraved silver borders.Excellent age related condition throughout with no enamel restoration at all & just the usual use related enamel surface scratches associated with these period items & a minor surface flake on one corner which is barely visible.(image 12)Hallmarked with import marks for London 1927 & bearing the makers mark for H.C.Freeman Ltd.Perfect hinged lid & original gilded interior finish.Strong hinge & perfect closure.Stunning & very stylish period box.Size: 81mm x 49mm x 12mm.Weight: 86.3 grams.
