Fantastic value for money, a very highly collectable and extremely rare L\'epee moonphase carriage clock, over £7000 new.
As most clock collectors/fans will know L\'Epee is one of the most respected and sought after carriage clock makers.
Beveled glass all round.
The whole clock in lovely condition and the gilding is polished and looks good. The movement is bright and in wonderful condition also.
The clock is working well, keeps good time and strikes on the half and hours. Repeat action works well with the push of the button. The \'complication\' dials (day,date) are all working also.
Comes with key.
Am extremely collectable, very pretty and very rare L\'epee carriage clock in lovely, bright condition with markings commensurate with age. Has a small brown smudge in the gilding top right hand side (seen in 4th picture) but detracts nothing as the gilding as a whole is in good condition and has a lovely polish. A very beautiful clock.
Identical (non new) L\'epee models to this sell for £3000+. Nothing else like this on .
Would make a lovely gift. Wonderful value for money.
