For sale is a Vintage 40s German/French Cycling Hartmann Flight Jacket

This is a German motorcycle/flight jacket in Brown GOATKSIN leather. zip front , 4 zip pocket with Ball & Chain zipper, waist buckle strap, side buckles, cuff zips. lapels, cottob lining, Dates early/mid 1940s.

This is an original jacket not a modern replica. Type as worn by Luftwaffe pilots during the 2nd world war. These jackets were actually civilian cycling jackets at the time but sevicemen could purchase their own jackets and this and other similar style of jackets were the types many of them wore, they were considered smart and pratical as they were comfortable to wear in the tighter confines of aircraft cockpits.

Measures... 22 inch pit to pit , 25.5 inch top to bottom(top of shoulder seam, not including collar to bottom), 25 inch shoulder to cuff, 19 inch shoulder to note all my jackets are VERY OLD, RARE, GENUINE VINTAGE leathers. Some of them will have been worn for over half a century, they will show signs of use, general wear, marks, scuffs etc. I try to describe as accurately as possible but what i may consider to be an amazing vintage Leather with a stunning Patina might be seen by someone else completely differently. Vintage clothing is not for everyone so please be aware before offerding. Thanks
