George III silver box by master craftsman Samuel Pemberton. This hinged box could presumably have been used for snuff/pill or as a patch box. Clearly Hallmarked for Birmingham 1800. SP initials. Hinged lid and box is in good condition commensurate with age with few minor dings and scratches (over 200 years old). No monogram on lid. Measuring just under 1.5 x 1 inch. Please look at photos for full appreciation of the item. A must for any collector of SP items.
