Here for your consideration is a beautiful, 1911, ArtNouveau, Arts & Crafts, sterling silver, hallmarked, capstan inkwell with original glass liner and leather covered base. The simplistic and stylish workmanship is absolutely exquisite.

It\'s a truly stunning piece of workmanship. The makers mark isrubbed andindistinguishable, hallmarked with the Birmingham anchor assay mark, lion passant, with the date letter \'m\' for 1911. Just a very impressive and heavy piece of Art Nouveau silver !!

Considering this delightful Art Nouveau/Arts & Crafts capstan silver inkwell is 107 yearsold it\'s in good original condition, with no splits or damage. It does have some tiny edge pin denting but generally in very good original condition, with beautiful silver age related patination, commensurate with age, but nothing unusual.
