A gorgeous Persian miniature painting (lacquered watercolor on celluloid) in excellent condition. It depicts a traditional Persian court scene surrounded by rocky mountains and a garden. The painting is beautifully decorated with usual Persian floral illuminations (Tazhib) and calligraphic inscriptions in Farsi.
