The is a superb Art Deco period HM 1918 sterling silver Guilloche gold enamel brooch. The enamel is in exquisite, undamaged condition.PLEASE NOTE: There is a scratch in the silver on the back which is not noticeable from the front.
The brooch has a full set of hallmarks with makers JA & S, the anchor for Birmingham assay office, the lion for sterling silver and date letter t for 1918. The length is 4.5 cm ( One and four fifth inches ) and the pin and C clasp are original and in good working condition.
