Look at this beautiful 19th-century American coin silver berry spoon made by Newell Harding & Co.of Haverhill, Ma., around 1860.This handsome serving piece, which is similar in shape to the pattern NHC6, but with a differently engraved design, has a delightful circular gold-washed bowl with scalloped rim. It remains inexcellent vintage condition,with little or no surface wear, and bears Old English initials \"McL\" to the front of the handle for the original owner. A lovely and useful piece of silver from the early days of American flatware! Length: 8 1/2in/21.5cm; W: 61g/1.96 troy oz.
