The item consistsof a stunning example of 1960’s / 1970’s Poole Pottery.

This particularpiece is from the highly collectable Delphis range introduced in the 1960’s andproduced right up to the early eighties.

This example is anearly version, dating from the 1960’s, and features a hand painted, one-off,unique design by the Paintresses, using more psychedelic, deeper, thickercolours than the later versions and is typical of the 1960’s era.

This is a greatopportunity to acquire a rarer piece from this highly collectable period of thefamous Pottery which are now becoming scarcer and scarce

The Plate is shapenumber 81

The Plate measures163mm wide and 150mm tall

The Plate is fullymarked to the reverse with a black backstamp and paintresses mark.

The Plate is ingood condition but does have a hairline crack to the reverse, minimal crazingand surface scratches but still displays well.
