Upfor sale is this gorgeous, superblycrafted, solidsilver Persian jewel box. One of the better Persian silver pieces I have seen here on , this box is exquisitelydecorated with hand chased engravings, featuring flowers, exotic plants, birds of paradise and arabesque motifs. The box is signed by its maker, Rabi\'ee, one of the better known Persian silversmiths of the 20th century. It is in mint condition, with no visible dents, marks, or damage of any kind.

Like most Persian silver objects from mid 20th century,this beautiful case is marked as 84 silver, which means a silver content of 87.5 %.

Weight:390grams or 12.5troy ounces.
