A beautiful and unusual to find in this condition Victorian harvest jug by Royal Doulton amounted with a fine silver collar hallmarked for William Hutton and sons .
The jug is in fine condition with no cracks or repairs it has only had the silver collar cleaned , being very fusy it has a very small chip on the incised waist line upper section [ green] between the windmill and man sat smoking left side. and some rubbing on the raised details at the midway point please note ... ,the line on the spout vertical is a reflection , the silver rim is fully hallmarked for William Hutton and Sons ,this being the mark for 1900 , the date letter e = 1900 London. sterling.

Such a wonderful display item in the unusual green over brown salt glaze ware.

Height is approx 6.3/4\" to the spout ,the weight approx 950 grams as shown , the inside clean and very usable.

This came from clearance covered in age related grime and the silver black having not seen the light of day for ages.
