Art Deco French Serving EnsembleWith Glass Containers and Mirrored Tray

Here is a fantastic, vintage, Frenchensemble

straight out of the 1930s –1940s art deco period.

The set is comprised of five heavypressed glass containers

and a matching rectangular mirroredtray.

It was used for serving or forpresentation purposes.

The tray measures 11” by 9½” (the mirrored portion is just 8½” square).

It has a frame made of tin, with a nicely aged golden patina.

The wooden side borders are colored with an ivory finish,

and support two decorative golden handles also in tin.

The glass containers, which feature angular decorative ribbing,

fit perfectly on the tray as an ensemble.

This fabulous set is still in excellent vintage condition.

The glass containers are mint, with no chipping whatsoever.

The ivory finish of the borders shows minor wear, but nothing offensive.

The tin frame and handles are very well-preserved,

with very minimal – and barely visible – signs of age,

and the tray’s original mirror remains in great condition.

Simply put, it isan uncommon and very attractive ensemble;

still very functional, great for happy hour appetizers, and perfect for

adding an art deco touch to your table or décor!
