Offered is a superb LARGE antique Spanish Colonial-style santo, the head of Christ. This piece was purchased in Santa Fe NM and the person from whom I acquired it told me it came from a church in the Taos area. It is rustic, the paint chipping and some splits in the wood, consistent with the age of the piece. Please see the photographs for condition as they form part of the description. This piece is heavy, weighing several pounds, and measures 17 1/4 high.
