A superb large column base which has been made into a candle stand.Originally part of a building this impressive piece originates from southern India ans is handcarved from solid teak wood.It dates from the 19th century.It has had some bumps and bruises but is in solid condition with remnants of original paint finish.It is very heavy.A real decorative statement.It measures 37cms square and 30cms tall..14 1/2 inches square and 11 13/16 inches tall........Look in our shop for more decorative antique items.
