Offeredfor your consideration is this vintage, circa early 1900 largerectangular counter top display tin that held Sure Shot Tobacco Tins. Manufacturedby Spaulding & Merrick, Chicago. It has an outstanding image of an Indianwith his drawn bow and arrow, he\'s perched on a rock with a wildernessbackground. The inscription reads... Sure Shot Chewing Tobacco, It Touches TheSpot, on the front and back. The side panels are inscribed... Sure ShotTobacco. Measures 15 1/4\" long by 10 1/4\" wide by 6 1/2\" high. Ithas a hinged lid with a wood knob and is in overall good condition with the exceptionof the lid having overall tarnishing, some paint loss on one side panel, age soiling spots, and a few dings all mentioned for the sake of accuracy. Great displays item.
