WE PRACTICE PROFESSIONAL ITEM PROCESSING: We treat your future order with respect. All incoming merchandise is handled carefully. We won’t lay out a “NWT designer purse” on our driveway. We won’t photograph a lovely pair of earrings on a rock! (What are people thinking?). We are animal lovers, but our pets are nowhere near your items. They are at home while we work; plotting a mutiny. ^..^ We have a proper facility for processing and cleaning, and a shipping area to wrap things correctly and carefully. We don’t smoke, and we don’t sell items that smell like smoke (unless they are vintage and it can’t be helped, and in that case we note this so you are *never* surprised). After photography we put items in a fresh plastic bag or other protection so that they remain dust free and in good condition while waiting to be sold. We hang items carefully or box them so they don’t stretch. We wear cotton or surgical gloves as needed to keep items fresh and free from fingerprints.

YOUR OPINION: If you do not like an item or it does not fit, or you changed your mind – you pay for the shipping back to us, and upon receipt of the item in the same condition it was sent to you, we will issue you a full refund for the PURCHASE price.

DAMAGE: If you receive an item and it is broken or damaged beyond anything already clearly noted in the pictures or description at time of sale, please send a picture of the damage to the item, and we will refund the cost of the item to you. If we want the item returned, we will pay shipping.

COUNTERFEIT: WE ARE NOT EXPERTS IN ANY FIELD OF APPRAISAL. We are not gemologists or jewelers; but we *are* rigorously honest. We never knowingly sell anything that is counterfeit or mis-represented!

If you think you may have received a counterfeit item, or something is “not as described,” please contact us by message. If we determine that an item we sold it is indeed counterfeit, we refund your 100% of your money and we will be very embarrassed and we will apologize to you profusely.

SECTION 3: SHIPPING PRACTICES

SHIPPING COSTS – WHO PAYS FOR WHAT?

- We participate in the Global Shipping Program - and that means we pay shipping items TO YOU at your US address, or to the Shipping Hub in Kentucky. WE DO NOT SET THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES!

- If you don’t like something you bought and want to return it for a refund, the cost to ship your items back to us for a refund is up to you.

SHIPPING:

SPEED: Although we usually get items in the mail “same day” we guarantee that all orders get out the door and into USPS shipping in 24 hours or less. We will keep you posted every step of the way. We know that you want your purchase as quickly as possible. If you need them faster than *normal economy*, please email us, and we will arrange something.

WE ARE CAREFUL: All orders are shipped carefully. We use bubble wrap, and reinforcing/double boxing *as needed*. We wrap your items in plastic inside your packaging to ensure that nothing gets wet or dusty in shipment. Shipments are only insured if we discuss this with you specifically and/or it is mentioned in the ad/sale.
