~Hello and welcome~
In this listing, I am offering a sweet primitive handmade snowman that has been created by me for your Christmas and/or Winter display! This delightful snowman would look great standing on the mantel or on top of an old drysink or cupboard. It can be placed anywhere you would like a bit of Holiday spirit!
The snowman is made out of cotton batting....each section having been stuffed very firmly. He has french knots for his mouth and small black buttons for his eyes. He has a painted wood nose. I stained the snowman parts with a coffee/vanilla mixture and they have dried to a perfectly primitive appearance. I then added a bit of blush on his cheeks. He has small rusty bells stitched to the front for buttons. His arms are grapevine twigs hand stitched in place. The snowman\'s hat is made out of cranberry wool felt and his scarf is a piece of plaid flannel in shades of red and grey. The hat is hand stitched in place and has a piece of vintage style tinsel around the brim. The snowman is securely anchored with a wood dowel in a wood base. The dowel is in the center of all sections of the snowman.
I created a primitive \"feather\" tree out of a dried twig and thin green garland for the snowman to hold. I have pinned a sweet primitive snowman tag to the front of him also.
The snowman measures a about 12\" tall and the round wood base measures about 5\" in diameter. Lastly, I lightly dusted the snowman with fine glass glitter for a \"snowy\" appearance.
