This is a carded Hotheadfrom the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TMNT series released by Playmates in 1994. There are no cracks in theplastic bubble, but these bubbles are very thin and there may be some slight creases on the sides. The card is in excellentcondition overall. This is a tough figure tofind. See my other sales for other TMNT figures.
