Here is an endearing group of 12-inch quilt pieces from long ago. They are backed with wheat flour bags and some of the stitching is exquisite. All the material appears to be satin. There are no holes in these pieces. Most of the pieces are perfect. Three of them have very slight damage in the form of one or two pieces (actually pieces within a piece!) having slits or tiny holes. These would be easy to replace.
I love thinking about who created these pieces!
