This is an exceptional vintage Santo Domingo oppulent turquoise and silver necklace. This piece contains the single, most largest Persin turquoise stone we have ever seen on any Native American piece of jewelry. This piece is very special as the turquoise stone is beautifully hand carved. The stone measures a gigantic 3-1/2\" X 3\", WOW! The silver works on this piece are absolutely amazing as they include large silver leaves with an accenting silver flower, swirling stems and raindrops. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970\'s+. Signed by Santo Domingo artist Joe Tortalita. The length of the necklace measures around 33\". Sturdy 117 grams.
