This sought after, and beautiful Royal Doulton,plate #D6655, is very hard to find. This one is in Mintcondition and isjust lovely. Has the Balloon Man sitting with Big Ben in the background and lots of detail, including passengers on a bus and car, birds and pedestrians. They glaze is nice and shiny and no chips or cracks! I do believe this is the best Royal Doulton plate there is! If you area collector of fine plates, this is a must have!
