Up for your consideration is this antique brand entitled, \"The Genuine Works of Flavius Josephus by the late Wm. Whiston, M.A.\" It has a copyright date of 1829 on the 5th and a copyright date of 1831 on the 9th page. This is Volume I of two volumes. M., Professor of Mathematics in the University of Cambridge. From the last London Edition of 1827. Complete in two volumes. This is Vol. I. Stereotyped by Thomas Seward. Philadelphia: Published by J. CONDITION: It comes to you in overall poor condition. While most of the pages are still bound together, they have separated into three sections that move independently of each other. The front leather bound cover is missing. The spine has a significant crack and the tail and head sections are both worn and torn. Many pages (Especially at the beginning and end of the 3 sections) have come partially or fully loose. The center section is literally hanging on by a thread. It appears that alll of the pages are still present, but a few of the loose ones do have torn and worn edges. The back cover has wear and fraying at the corners. It appears that there are water stains througout most of the pages probably from different times and a few of the pages are a bit wrinkled from the water damage. There is significant tanning with some pages heavily discolored, but still legible. Page 233 is missing the bottom 3/4\" with some of the print missing. You really like the thing, but not so much the price...

I find cool stuff, do some research and list it for what I think it\'s worth. Sounds pretty simple but sometimes not. So if this is something you really like but its a bit more than you had hoped to pay, then be sure to watch this because I can\'t send it to the bank, and if it ends without a buyer chances are real good I will drop the price and re-list it until it does sell! Two things for sure - it will get sold sooner rather than later, and that\'s better for both of us.
