A small piece of the fabric mounted on a sheet of paper: \"The GrafZeppelin. Certified genuine piece of aluminized outer fabric of the GRAF ZEPPULIN from a sheet presented to Clara Adams, the only woman passenger on the1st flight to America, given to her by Dr. Hugo Eckener in Ocober 1928.\" 3.5 X 6.5 and originally sold in 1989 by Schmitt Investor.

CLARA ADAMs, by the way, made her first flight as a passenger in a Thomas Airboat in 1916. In 1939 she set an around-the-world passenger record of 16 days, 19 hours, 4 minutes on regularly scheduled commercial airline segments, beginning her trip on the first Atlantic crossing of the DIXIE CLIPPER.
