The gold pages are nearly perfect with only one very small scuff on the fore edge. There are 2 double page color maps in the front and the back. There are no marks or loss of gold trim to the covers. There are numerous full page color illustrations by the author. 7by 9 1/4 inches tall, 317 pages.
