For sale is a gorgeous and very rare antique Sterling Silver & copper inlay Jewel Box circa 1900 with magnificient art nouveau copper inlay details. It has a monogram and is fully made with .927 fine quality Silver. Silver is very thick and heavy, high quality details. Inside box is green tissu with a tray in used condition. The box closes but there is not the key, mechanism has not been tested.

The piece is hallmarked with the 927 titre mark and copper inlay, designating a silver content of .927/1000, which is higher than the standard .925.

In antique condition.

3 minor dents on lid, 2 very very minor dents in front (pin head size) and one dent under the box, on the left is silver slightly curved.

Some light scratches on the box, some scratches are more important.

There is not the key and mechanism has not been tested. It opens & closes smoothly.

Green interior is very used with discoloration and marks of use, the two tissu handles on the tray are missing.
