This is a near mint TPS juggling clown windup toy like the Popeye and Olive toy from Linemar. The tin litho is bright shiny and super clean. See photos. The windup mechanism is strong and the clown twirls his arms well. The monkey and chair are also very good condition with a shiny silver to the chair and great litho. Sold as is. Enjoy.
