TRAPEZ lamp Hans Agne Jakobsson Nordisk Solar modern Danish vintage

Up for sale is this beautiful classic and minimalist scandinavian ceiling lamp from the Swedish industrial designer Hans Agne Jakobsson. The design originates in the 1960s and is clearly ahead of its time. Refurbished with white modern lamp cable.

Object 1 x ceiling lamps Designer Hans Agne Jakobsson Manufacturer Nordisk Solar Compagni Year Designed in the 1960s, this lamp is probably produced around 1980 Height 22 cm (8,7 inches) Width 45 cm (17,7 inches) Material Laquered aluminium: White and orange on inside of base Condition Good, but with a few scratches, see photos below.

The outer surface is laquered with white, and the inner surface of the lamp base is laquered white.

The sockets are made of black bakelite and i have refurbished the lamp with 2 meters of modern white lamp cable (2 core). The lamp use an ordinary lightbulb with E27 sockets (Energy savers can also be used). It can handle Edison lightbulbs up to lamp are in good condition, with no dents, and nothing to affect the overall appereance of the lamp. But there are a number of scratches visible on the photos below. If you have any particular question, please contact me.

Every lamp i sell has been tested and used in my own home for a while. But as always i advise you to have the lamps checked by a qualified electrician, just to make sure.
